Manchester Futsal Club Youth Academy Unveils Coaching Staff for 2024/25 Season

Manchester Futsal Club Youth Academy is thrilled to announce the coaching staff lineup for the 2024/25 season. This year, the academy continues its focus on developing talent from within, with a coaching team composed of academy graduates and current first-team players. This approach reflects the club's dedication to fostering growth not only for players but for future coaches, ensuring that Manchester Futsal Club’s core values and culture remain strong.

Building from Within: A Pathway for Future Coaches

Academy Director Ilya Ovechkin shared his thoughts on the club's philosophy: "It’s important that we give opportunities to our academy players to pursue coaching. They understand the DNA of the club and reflect the culture that Manchester Futsal Club is built upon. We want to grow and develop our own people, who will take this club forward."

This initiative highlights the club's long-term commitment to creating sustainable pathways for future leaders, both on and off the court.

Guided by Expertise: Head of Coaching Raducio King

The coaching program will be led by Raducio King, the Academy's Head of Coaching. Under his direction, the coaching team will implement the club's principles, ensuring that youth players are developed according to the “Manchester Futsal Club way.” Ovechkin added, "We are confident that our coaches will thrive under Raducio’s guidance, and we’ll continue pushing each individual to reach their full potential. Our aim is to develop future Champions League players and provide our coaches with the tools they need to succeed."
